I'm just getting started using WordNet (via Michael Granger's library for Ruby). I have questions that aren't really environment specific but certainly I don't expect to be 'advanced topics'.
For example: my questions at the moment revolve around the structure of the associations and assumptions that you can/should/shouldn't make in navigating them to solve particular problems (e.g. finding the minimum path length between words through synsets).
At first glance I don't see the kind of forum where I can find help in getting started understanding what I am seeing and learning from others doing similar things with WordNet. |

mmower,
Have you tried the WordNet mailing list? This board is more for advanced discussion of tactics and strategy, but I've seen plenty of novice questions on the WordNet mailing list.
